POLICE have recovered cannabis and cannabis resin worth an estimated street value of £200,000 following a stop check of a vehicle.
The discovery happened yesterday (Wednesday March 25) on the M6 northbound between junctions 42 and 43.
Derek Owen, 61, of Glebe Hey, Netherley, Liverpool, has been charged with two counts of possession of a class B drug with intent to supply.
