Thea Mitzi Riley, 40, originally from the North East, now living in Witherslack

Thea is wearing a blue cardigan on top of a dress which is gathered at the waist. On the bottom she has a pair of straight legged blue jeans and grey Converse trainers.

She said: "My shoes are Converse, my cardigan is from Primark and my jeans are from Gap.

"My dress is from a charity shop.

"I try to buy all of my clothes second hand because you can get much more interesting results.

"I also find I don't think more recent trends are very flattering."

Thea, a part-time art technician at Kendal College, added: "I used to own a vintage shop in Kendal called Vintage Revival and I have collected vintage clothes since I was thirteen.

"My children also enjoy collecting vintage clothes now too.

"I make ceramics - I have some on display in the Castle Dairy at the moment - they’re all porcelain, hand made and are textured using vintage fabrics.

"I am inspired by the seaside colours of Morecambe."
