Boat trailer and rubber dinghy stolen from garden in Ambleside
POLICE are investigating the theft of a boat trailer and rubber dinghy from a garden on Loughrigg Avenue, Ambleside.
The trailer is described as two-wheeled, of galvanised metal, and loaded with a partly inflated rubber dinghy with an outboard motor attached.
The theft is believed to have taken place at around 4am today (Sunday).
Police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward by calling 101.
