POLICE are searching for three children seen throwing objects at cars on a busy Kendal road.
A Volkswagen Transporter was damaged when the culprits threw a heavy object at it as it travelled down Shap Road near Crescent Green at around 6.45pm on Saturday, May 16.
Several drivers contacted police about items being hurled at their cars.
One boy is described by drivers as being 5ft 4in, wearing a grey sweatshirt, red Nike trainers, jeans and carrying a black Slazenger rucksack.
Another is said to be 5ft 6in, with brown hair, wearing a black Adidas sweatshirt, jeans and black trainers while the other boy is of the same height but was wearing a blue jacket and shirt and has curly brown hair.
