Caravan damaged after passing motorists throw coil of metal at it near Kirkby Stephen, police say
A CARAVAN was damaged while travelling on the A685 after the occupants of a passing vehicle threw a coil of metal at it, police have said.
The alleged incident happened at around 11.30pm on May 9, about a mile north of Kirkby Stephen.
A Cumbria Police spokesperson said: “An initial report suggested it was a small vehicle involved.

“One suspect has been interviewed but further information is requested to help identify those responsible.”
