CUMBRIA Wildlife Trust has produced a new guide on ‘Great Places to see Birds of Prey’ in the county’s hills, valleys, woodlands and coast.
Look out for ospreys at Foulshaw Moss Nature Reserve, near Witherslack, go to Grizedale to spot red kites, wander around South Walney to see a hobby or hike up Whitbarrow – Hervey Memorial Reserve near Witherslack - for a chance to see a sparrowhawk.
The guide is available at www.cumbriawildlifetrust.org.uk.
