£8K Lottery boost for Growing Well
GROWING Well, which provides local people suffering from mental health problems with an inclusive farm-based community, has received £8,000 from the Big Lottery Fund.
Based at Low Sizergh Farm, near Kendal, the organisation will use the money to redevelop its website to include information about mental health services, recovery and case studies of beneficiaries.
It will enable the group to provide potential service users with advice and information about what is on offer and to encourage more people to access the group and benefit from its support services.
