A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of being unfit through drink or drugs after a crash involving two cars and a cyclist on the A590.
Emergency services were called to the collision at Newlands, near Ulverston, at 7.40pm yesterday (Thursday).
The cyclist, a 31-year-old man from Ulverston, was taken to Furness General Hospital (FGH) with knee injuries.

One of the cars was a white Vauxhall Combo, driven by a woman who was taken to FGH with minor injuries.
The other car, a silver Honda Civic, was driven by a 27-year-old man from Barrow, who was arrested on suspicion of being unfit through drink or drugs.
