TWELVE new flats are on the cards for Bolton-le-Sands.
Daffodil Homes Ltd already has planning consent to build 14 apartments at Main Road, in the grounds of a former vicarage and children's home.
However, the developers want to reduce the number of flats by two, and also to remove conditions that would restrict the flats to local occupants and people aged over 55.
The changes are recommended for approval next Monday (June 29) by Lancaster City Council's planning and highways regulatory committee.
