On Tuesday they drive through scorching heat to reach Budapest. Early this morning they were at Oradea in Romania, having completed 1,500 miles. The next stage of their journey will take them through Romania, Bulgaria and northern Turkey.

The trip aim to raise £10,000 by completing the challenge and will donate the majority of the cash to Multiple Sclerosis UK - with £500 going to the environmental charity Cool Earth.
