A SPECIAL portrait of Prince William and Catherine Duchess of Cambridge made entirely from jelly beans can be found in Friars speciality chocolate shop, in Market Place, Ambleside.
And one lucky visitor who guesses how many jelly beans it took to make the picture on display in the new shop, will win a hamper full of sweet goodies.
Brothers Michael and Richard Webster, who threw open the doors of the old HSBC bank on June 1, decided to bring in the special portrait along with a competition, to get people talking.
Michael said: "There is an artist who spends his whole life making pictures out of jelly beans and it isn’t as easy as it might look! It’s nice to bring something new to Ambleside and hopefully to entice a few more people through our doors.”
