A WOMAN was hospitalised with serious injuries yesterday (July 30) after a crash in Eden.
The 24-year-old was taken to Cumberland Infirmary Carlisle with serious but non life-threatening injuries following the collision.
Cumbria Police were called to the smash site on the A66 at Long Marton at 4.29pm where the Carlisle woman's black Ford Ka had been in collision with a blue Nissan Navara.
MORE TOP STORIES: The Nissan was driven by a 58-year-old man from Appleby who was uninjured.
Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service also attended the incident.
