POLICE are hunting those responsible for a spree of criminal damage across Penrith.
Multiple cars had windows smashed between 4.45pm and 6pm on Sunday, August 2.
One car was targeted on the A686, one in the town's Kentucky Fried Chicken car park, another on Duke Street, one on Brunswick Road and a further vehicle on the M6.
Police have said that the damage was caused by an object being 'thrown or fired by a passing vehicle'.
A white Volvo saloon car is believed to be connected to the incidents, according to police.
