Winger John Ladell, scrum-half James Gough, props Billy Coxon and Richard Harryman, hooker Duncan Green and No. 8 Rob Quarry have all been called up while the seven National League players in the squad include former Kendal players Dan Bowman (Fylde) and Nathan Bland (Otley).
Another Kendal old boy, Martin Armstrong, is included in Penrith's contribution of five players while former Kendal players Adrian Bateson and Mike Scott, both now with Aspatria, have also been chosen.
After the opening match at Tynedale Cumbria have follow-up games against Warwickshire (at Carlisle) and Notts, Lincs and Derby (Aspatria).
