Police hunt driver of car that 'crashed into' Haverthwaite bridge
POLICE are hunting for the driver of a vehicle that 'crashed through' a railway bridge in Haverthwaite.
The incident is believed to have occurred in the early hours of Monday, August 31.
The vehicle was driving down the unnamed road near the Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway but has veered off the road and collided with the bridge.
