Police launch witness appeal after man assaulted on Kendal canal path
POLICE have launched an appeal for witnesses after a man was assaulted on the canal path in Kendal, behind Kirkbie Kendal School.
Officers say the victim, in his early 20s, was attacked by a group of people between 5am and 6am on September 17.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Cumbria Police on 101.
