A Kendal property development has been nominated in the prestigious UK Property Awards.
The Beeches, a 76-home site being developed by Story Homes, is on the shortlist in the Best Residential Development category at the annual awards.
The site has proved incredibly popular since it was launched last year with enquiries and sales at exceptional levels.

The UK Property Awards will take place at London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square in Mayfair on 9 October 2015.
