Burglars steal safe from Grange-over-Sands hotel
THIEVES took a safe containing cash during a burglary from the Clare House Hotel in Grange-over-Sands, police have said.
The offenders broke into the hotel, on Park Road, between 10.30pm on Saturday and 7.20am on Sunday.
A police spokesperson said: “Some items were recovered in the area of the Derby Arms at Witherslack, and loud bangs were heard in the area at around 6am on Sunday.”
