Fire crews cut man out of car after A590 smash
FIRE crews rushed to the scene of a two vehicle road traffic collision on the A590 and found a man trapped in his car.
At 2.08pm yesterday (Friday, October 9) two fire engines attended the incident at Witherslack, near Grange-over-Sands.
They used hydraulic cutting equipment to free the man and he was handed over to paramedics.

The driver of the other car, a female, was unhurt.
