AN ELDERLY lady was injured after being clipped by a car in Penrith.

Police say the woman's walking stick was struck by a white vehicle on the crossroads between Market Square and Little Dockray at 4.15pm on Tuesday, September 27.

Members of the public helped the lady, who injured her back, but while the female driver briefly stopped, she did not leave her details.
