LETTER: Seeking information about my relatives, the Lawsons from Kendal
I am trying to learn all I can about Kendal Castle, because I have traced my Lawson line back to it.
I would love to meet people over there with the name Lawson, or learn their history.
I am trying to plan a trip to Kendal later this year, and would love to have contacts when I get there. I am from a little town called Pilot Point in Texas.
My ancestors were Rowland Lawson, born 1617 Bough Hall, Catterick, Yorkshire, died May 8 1661 inLancaster Co, Va. USA and Letitia Joanna Wales, born 1626 in Northumberland, died in 1661 Lancaster Co. Va. USA.
