A YELLOW weather warning for ice and snow has been issued for Cumbria.
A Met Office warning was issued earlier today to run until midnight and another will follow on Sunday, until noon.
The forecast reads: "Showers of sleet and snow are expected to fall on Saturday night and into Sunday morning, leading to further accumulations of 2-5 cm of snow in places, with ice an additional hazard, particularly where skies clear after showers during Saturday."
