THE weather wreaked havoc with the West Lancashire Football League over weekend with many fixtures failing pitch inspections.

Bottom club Dalton could do nothing to boost their hopes as their tie with Hawcoat Park was rained off.
Milnthorpe Corinthians, currently going strong towards the top of Division Two, were in action in the WLFL Challenge Cup. They came up against a Bolton County side who were just two strong in this second round match, running out 2-0 winners.
