KENDAL'S pop-up shop has been taken over by a homeware brand.
Estilo, a new brand, is currently in residence at the shop in Finkle Street until July 30.
Hannah Northey and Lee Jackson, are the people behind Estilo, a brand that the couple only set up at Christmas time last year.
Hannah, who is from Kendal but now lives in Lancaster, said: “Our homeware company is all about bringing individuality, flair and inspiration to people’s homes and lives.
"Everyone seems to like it because it's a little bit different, it's a little quirky."
Although some of the designs are more Scandinavian in influence, the business is largely inspired by Spain's simplicity. In Spanish, 'estilo' means 'style', and the couple are keen to offer authentic pieces.
Both Hannah and Lee both work alongside running the business, but the hope is that one of them will be able to run Estilo full-time - the pop-up shop is one step towards achieving that dream.
“We think the pop-up shop is a great idea, as we were wary of committing to a long-term shop lease, and this gives us the perfect opportunity to try out trading on the high street to see how it works for us," Hannah said.
