A TIMBER stable block planned for Sellet Hall, Stainton, near Kendal, met with approval by South Lakeland District Council.
The stable is to be located in a former farmyard among a group of listed buildings, close to the Lancaster Canal's Northern Reaches.
A conservation officer felt the building would cause 'slight harm' to the setting of the listed property, according to planning documents.
