OUTLINE plans for a new house in the garden of a Storth bungalow met with approval by South Lakeland District Council.
Mr and Mrs Evans plan to build a three/four-bedroom property at Breeze Hill, on Carr Bank Road. Objections about loss of views and lack of need arose from Arnside & Silverdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Two neighbours also opposed the proposal.
However, planners described it as 'acceptable' and 'doable'.
