A SOUTH Lakeland man has appeared before a judge and admitted a heroin supply crime.
The case of Mark Holden, 34, was heard at Carlisle Crown Court today.
Appearing over a video link from custody, Holden pleaded guilty to possessing the class A substance with intent to supply.
During the short hearing he also admitted a cannabis possession charge.
Both offences were said to have been committed on August 24.
On that day, at around 1pm, police are said to have executed a warrant at a property in Milland Road, Ambleside, discovering the drugs and associated paraphernalia.
Judge Barbara Forrester adjourned Holden's case until 29th September, when he will be sentenced for the two crimes.
In the meantime Holden, whose address was given as Anchorite Road, Kendal, was remanded in custody.
