AN 83-year-old man has died following a collision in Levens on Tuesday.
The collision, which involved a pedestrian and a white Kia Picanto, took place on the A6 at Levens Hall at approximately 8.40pm.
The man, from Kendal, was taken to Royal Lancaster infirmary but sadly died yesterday morning (Friday).

The family of the man have been informed.
The driver, a 34-year-old man, was unhurt and is assisting police with their inquiries.
The road was closed while forensic collision investigation work was carried out.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact PC 1567 Jackson or Sergeant 1929 Bainbridge of the mobile support group on 101.
