ARTIST Tracy Levine has been given planning consent to extend her studio in the back garden of 27 Silverdale Road, Arnside.
The plan prompted two objections from a neighbouring households. However, South Lakeland District Council decided the larger workshop would not overshadow or overlook nearby properties, and its scale and design were acceptable.
