Overturned vehicle closes northbound M6 lane
THE NORTHBOUND lane of M6 has been reopened following the clearance of a site of vehicle overturning.
One lane of the motorway was closed earlier this afternoon between J37 A684 (Kendal) and J38 A685 / B6260 (Tebay).
A green Land Rover Discovery, which was pulling a trailer, overturned after colliding with the central reservation barrier.

Police were called at the scene at 11.10am.
Nobody was injured in the collision.
The lane was closed for approximately three hours.
