AMONG the Mary Wakefield Westmorland Music Festival events still to come are Friday's (March 24) Festival Showcase Concert at Kendal Town Hall (7pm), starring some of the best performers of the week-long series of adjudicated classes, and the fabulous finale to the festival, Choral Celebration Day at St Thomas’s Church, Kendal, on Saturday (March 25), filled with the glorious voices of eight local choirs - Levens, Ambleside and District, Kendal South, Ulverston Choral, K Shoes Male Voice Choir, Eversley Choir, Arnside Choral Society and Lacuna Upper Voice Choir.
