BENTHAM boxer Tomi ‘TNT’ Tatham suffered an early defeat in his light heavyweight bout on the undercard of Anthony Crolla’s loss to Jorge Linares in Manchester on Saturday night.
Tatham was struggling with his vision in the first round after Czech opponent Karel Horejsek, a late replacement, struck him clean in the face.
The 27-year-old attempted to resume but referee Victor Laughlin waved the contest with 10 seconds remaining before the first bell.
