A WALKER fell ill after an allergic reaction yesterday (April 3).
Kendal Mountain Rescue Team was contacted by the North West Ambulance Service to Gummers How at 3.20pm.

Helimed 08 from Blackpool also attended, two team members and search dog Fern, were quickly on scene and assisted the casualty into the helimed.
The man, thought to be in his fifties, was flown to Furness General Hospital at Barrow.
