A RACEHORSE trained at a South Lakeland stables is all set for today's Grand National.
Highland Lodge, trained at Pit Farm Racing Stables at Cartmel by James Moffatt, will be among the 40 entrants at Aintree this afternoon.
Having agonisingly missed out on last year's race, the 11-year-old goes into the world-famous event in good form having finished runner-up at the Becher Chase.
Most bookies price Highland Lodge at 25-1, but some have drifted as far as 33-1.
The Grand National starts at 5.15pm on Saturday, April 8.
