A LAKE District cottage company has been recognised for its quality customer care.
Self-catering agency Heart of the Lakes has received Quality Accredited Agency Status with VisitEngland - the official tourist board for England.
The Ambleside and Keswick-based company has been providing accommodation for visitors to the Lake District National Park for more than 42 years.
Julian Cottell, quality services manager at Heart of the Lakes, said staff took "a genuine sense of pride in knowing they are providing a superior level of service to all our customers".
