HORTICARE is hosting its annual plant sale at its Wattsfield Road site in Kendal on May 19-20.
Gardening items including summer bedding hanging baskets, shrubs and perennials grown by the Horticare team, will be available.
Horticare is part of Kendal Day Services and is open all year round to the public. It offers a community-based day service for up to 20 people with learning disabilities.
Staff and volunteers use social and therapeutic horticulture to provide service users with therapy, education and personal development.
Its aim is for service users to develop competence, respect, dignity, responsibility, independence and to promote their social inclusion within the local community.
The May 19 event takes place between 10am-3pm, and the May 20 event is between 10am-1pm.
