PLANS for a bungalow at Foxfield, near Broughton-in-Furness, have been lodged with South Lakeland District Council by Brian Mawson.
The site, next to Foxfield Terrace, is owned by Mr Mawson and his sister, Jean Kelly, according to planning documents, and consists of parking space with a disused allotment garden.
The timber-framed bungalow would have a slate roof, white uPVC windows and doors, and white rendering with a stone/slate gable end.
