PLANS to change an office in the corner of Kendal's Market Place to a two-bedroom flat met with approval from South Lakeland District Council.
The first-floor property is part of the old Working Men's Institute, and it was a dwelling until 2012, according to plans submitted by Graeme Hogarth. The full address is Unit 2, 24-26 Market Place. Kendal Town Council supported the change.
