SEASIDE house prices coasted up by 32 per cent in the past decade, according to Halifax's annual review. Average prices soared £440 a month.
Nine of the ten most expensive coastal towns are on the South coast, with Sandbanks, in Poole, topping the list. England's least costly seaside town is Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, in Northumberland,
