POLICE are investigating a public order incident which occurred on Battebarrow, Appleby.

The incident happened on Wednesday (June 21) at approximately 8.40am.

Police are looking to identify a male who is described as being in his late 40s to early 50s, short, stocky and wearing a hi-visibility jacket.

The male has a beard and was carrying a number of bags. It is also believed that this male had a Scottish accent.
