THE way that people buy tickets to board the Windermere Ferry is to be reviewed.
A motion to full council was presented by Windermere councillor Ben Berry this morning urging councillors to look at the controversial machines.
The machines were installed in June 2016 by Cumbria County Council Council, however users struggled to use the new system and claimed they are causing delays on the lakeshore.
Councillors, meeting for the first time since the local elections in May, agreed the authority's cabinet should see if any changes should be made to how it works.
