PLANS to roof over a cattle-collecting yard, slurry pit and manure store at Channel House, north of Pennington, near Ulverston, met with approval.
The plans by Messrs Wood for the 12m x 16m roof are designed to reduce rainwater contamination at the farm, according to documents lodged with South Lakeland District Council.
