PLANS for a split-level house in an Arnside garden have been lodged with South Lakeland District Council by applicant Karl Igo.
The previous planning consent for the detached, three-bedroom property at Woodslea, Lynslack Terrace, had lapsed, according to planning documents.

The dwelling is to have dark grey uPVC windows and doors, limestone and off-white rendered walls, and a blue-grey slate-effect tiled roof, with solar panels.
