PLANS for a pair of two-bedroom holiday lets at Cark-in-Cartmel met with approval from South Lakeland District Council.
Mr and Mrs Ian Elson got the go-ahead to convert a stone-built, slate-roofed outbuilding at Green Cote.
The plans feature new timber doors and windows, and 10 metal, conservation-style rooflights. The building is described as having "a barn-like aesthetic" in planning documents.
