THOUSANDS of pounds worth of watches were stolen from a Grange-over-Sands jewellers in a 'smash and grab' style burglary. 

The burglary occurred at around 3.30am on July 21, when a window at Johnstons of Grange was smashed and £3,000 worth of watches were taken.
