Whose idea was it to put a cycle lane in Wildman Street at Kendal - the narrowest main street in the town? (Gazette, July 27, 'Cycling lane sparks anger').
Can I assume there are plans in the pipeline for another one to run down Lowther Street?
Judging by the number of times I, and many others, have to move rapidly to avoid being run down, we have enough cycle lanes already. We used to call them pavements or footpaths.
