A MAN from Appleby has confessed to two child sex crimes - one involving a youngster aged around 10.
Daniel McKenzie Bradley, 33, entered pleas to two offences when he appeared at Carlisle Crown Court for a hearing in front of Judge Peter Hughes QC.

He admitted attempting to intentionally incite a female aged under 16 to engage in sexual activity.
Bradley also pleaded guilty to causing or inciting a different girl aged 16 to engage in sexual activity, and send explicit photographs of herself.
No specific details about the crimes were given.
But prosecutor Gerard Rogerson spoke of a "significant disparity of age" between Bradley and the victims. In relation to the latter charge, Mr Rogerson said the child "could safety be said to be somewhere around the age of 10".
Bradley, the court heard, had submitted a formal basis for his admission of offences which are said to have occurred between early January and mid-October last year.
He had pleaded guilty at a previous magistrates' court hearing to three counts of making 92 indecent photographs of a child. These include 21 classed in category A - the most serious.
Richard Archer, defending, indicated that Bradley, of Battlebarrow, accepted he could be jailed for his crimes.
"He has come with a bag to go to prison - as he has on every other (court) occasion," said Mr Archer.
However, Bradley was seeking to put "matters in order" before learning his fate.
Sentencing was adjourned by Judge Hughes but it was said this could take place as early as Thursday of this week.
In the meantime Bradley was granted bail. He has already been told he must sign the sex offenders' register - the exact length of time will be determined when he is sentenced.
