PLANNING consent for a new three-storey house near the former Machell's Arms pub at Greenodd has been renewed.
Terence Ward sought planning consent for a detached dwelling behind the former pub car park on Main Street.

Two neighbours objected, saying the new-build would be out of character, and traffic and parking were already an issue. But South Lakeland District Council gave the go-ahead.
