Cumbria Police.
Police are investigating the theft of two outboard motors from Lupton reservoir, near Kirkby Lonsdale.
The theft took place between Saturday, August 19, and Sunday, August 20.
The motors were each secured to a boat moored at the reservoir by heavy duty chains, which were cut through. Both motors were made by Shakespeare and are valued at £160 and £480 respectively.
