PLANS to replace the garage at 7 Ashmeadow Grove, Nether Kellet, met with approval from Lancaster City Council's planning and highways regulatory committee.
Applicant Darren Moore was also given consent for a dormer extension, first-floor window and Juliet balcony at the property.
